We need these details to issue the invoice. It is required by law in Spain.

  • Fiscal details before paying: in Spain a valid invoice requires name, DNI/NIE or CIF and address. That is why we ask for them before payment — we do not store them longer than necessary.
  • Not sure before paying? you can message us on WhatsApp before filling in the form. We clarify the scope and, if you prefer, point you to the most suitable option with no commitment.

Service conditions

Clear booking, no small print.

These conditions summarise how we manage scheduling, cancellations, refunds and the scope of one-off services.

Scheduling

After payment we contact you to agree a day and time. If Alfastar cannot carry out the service within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose to reschedule or request a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation in advance

You may request a date change or a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed time.

No-show or no response

If you do not attend or we cannot reach you, we offer a date change if you contact us within the following 7 calendar days. After that period, a refund is not guaranteed.

Service already provided

Once the session or review has taken place, the amount is non-refundable as the service has already been provided.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer and ask for the service to take place before the legal withdrawal period ends, you understand that, once the service has been fully provided, you may lose the right of withdrawal for this already executed service.

Follow-up work

Any later repair, configuration, visit, licence, material or maintenance is confirmed and quoted separately before being carried out.

When does the service take place?

After payment, we contact you to agree a day and time. We usually reply within 1-2 business days, depending on availability.

Why do you need my DNI, NIE or CIF?

By law we must issue an invoice with your fiscal details. Without a DNI/NIE or CIF we cannot issue a correct invoice.

What if I need more than this review?

If your case requires remote intervention, a visit, configuration or monthly maintenance, we tell you and provide a clear quote before proceeding.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. For these one-off services we accept online card payment (Stripe) or PayPal. SEPA Direct Debit is reserved for monthly plans and regular clients.

Does it include repair or recovery guarantee?

No. This is an initial limited-scope review/guidance service. Any repair, recovery, configuration or guarantee requires a separate intervention or plan.
