We start with realistic micro-solutions: if the value is not clear, we do not sell it as a big project.

VAT and final price: the 20 € express consultation and the 39 € checks already include VAT. The rest of the published amounts are indicative and shown without VAT; before starting, we confirm scope, travel, hardware, licences, possible third-party services, and the final amount when applicable.

Payment by service type: express consultation, checks, remote review, and one-off support are normally paid by card/Stripe or PayPal; we can also use bank transfer for quoted work.

For monthly plans and regular customers, we recommend SEPA Direct Debit. It makes the service easier to run and, if agreed in the quote or contract, can include preferential terms.

If hardware, licences, or materials are needed, we suggest reasonable options and the separate cost before buying anything.

What affects the price

The monthly price depends on the real work, not the name of the plan.

Before proposing a monthly plan or an intervention quote, we review these points so the price fits your business and the actual work involved.

  • Number of computers, users, and email accounts.
  • Type of support: one-off, recurring, or with preventive follow-up.
  • Need for on-site visits between Dénia and Alicante.
  • Backups, NAS, cloud, network, Wi‑Fi, or CCTV.
  • Urgency, schedules, documentation, and coordination with other providers.
  • Automation, practical AI, or improvement of internal processes.
