Long repairs, migrations, full configurations or exhaustive technical audits are not included.
No travel is included. If you need us to come to your business, we discuss that separately.
Hardware, software or licences are not included. If anything is needed, we quote it separately.
The consultation does not replace a technical review or intervention: it is meant to understand your case and recommend the most sensible next step.

Service conditions
These conditions summarise how we manage scheduling, cancellations, refunds and the scope of one-off services.
After payment we contact you to agree a day and time. If Alfastar cannot carry out the service within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose to reschedule or request a refund of the amount paid.
You may request a date change or a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed time.
If you do not attend or we cannot reach you, we offer a date change if you contact us within the following 7 calendar days. After that period, a refund is not guaranteed.
Once the session or review has taken place, the amount is non-refundable as the service has already been provided.
If you are a consumer and ask for the service to take place before the legal withdrawal period ends, you understand that, once the service has been fully provided, you may lose the right of withdrawal for this already executed service.
Any later repair, configuration, visit, licence, material or maintenance is confirmed and quoted separately before being carried out.

By law we must issue an invoice with your fiscal details. Without a DNI/NIE or CIF we cannot issue a correct invoice.
If your case requires remote intervention, a visit, configuration or monthly maintenance, we tell you and provide a clear quote before proceeding.
Yes. For these one-off services we accept online card payment (Stripe) or PayPal. SEPA Direct Debit is reserved for monthly plans and regular clients.
No. This is an initial limited-scope review/guidance service. Any repair, recovery, configuration or guarantee requires a separate intervention or plan.
