Alfastar Business S.L. has worked in Spain since 2012. We help self-employed professionals, small businesses and local teams solve incidents, protect data and keep their everyday tools working with fewer interruptions.
What Alfastar is
Alfastar is an IT support company based in Benidorm. We work with freelancers, small companies and professionals who need real technical help without oversized projects or contracts that are hard to understand.
We handle day-to-day issues — computers, printers, Wi‑Fi, email and backups — and also help organise tools, improve basic security and reduce repetitive work. If an on-site visit is useful, we coordinate it; if the case can be solved remotely, that is usually better.
How we work
We start through WhatsApp, a call or email. We ask for screenshots, symptoms and context before changing anything.
If it is an incident, we look for a fast and safe fix. If it is recurring, we suggest prevention.
We explain what changed, what remains pending and what should be reviewed later.
Once there is trust, we move from firefighting to automation, data protection and simpler tools.
Remote support and local attention
Remote support fits many software, email and account issues. An on-site visit makes sense when equipment, cabling, cameras, routers, networks or printers need hands-on work.
We work from a base in Benidorm with coordinated support across the Costa Blanca, mainly Alicante, Dénia, Marina Alta and Marina Baixa, depending on availability and scope.
